Bulk toner in bags and bottles
Not every buyer in the copier trade takes finished cartridges. The powder itself is a stocked product line, and Guangzhou Xinxiangyin sells it in two forms: bags and rigid bottles, both under the Sensation brand. Which families are supplied in which form, and in which colours, is confirmed per enquiry — the bottled set photographed on this site is the T-FC415 group. This page is the forms page: what each form is, how the labelling works, and how the two are quoted.
Whichever form you take, the order is written against the cartridge family: toner here is never sold as a generic "black toner", and no universal powder is offered. The bottles photographed on this page are labelled for the Toshiba T-FC415 family, in the order this photographed set is labelled: family first, colour second, quantity third. When you enquire, state the family number, and ask for that family's specification to be confirmed on the enquiry.
Two forms, two work patterns
- Bags — the volume form. Colour toner sold by the bag. This is the form the company's storefront lists from 1–2 bags upward, and the form to price when powder moves through your operation in quantity.
- Bottles — the bench and shelf form. Rigid bottles with funnel caps for controlled pouring and clean storage; the photographed set is labelled with the family and colour. The label-reading discipline for bottles has its own page: toner bottles.
Both forms are bulk powder ordered against a cartridge family; the bottled form photographed on this site is the T-FC415 set, labelled for that family, and bottled supply for other families is confirmed on the enquiry. The raw-material background — powder matched by family, never offered as a universal grade — is set out on the toner powder page; this page covers the choice between the two physical forms and the ordering facts that go with them.
How bags and bottles are quoted
An enquiry for powder names four things: the cartridge family, the colour, the form (bags or bottles) and the quantity. With those four, the quotation prices the exact combination rather than a catalogue average — and with storefront toner listings starting from 1–2 bags, a trial of one family and colour is a realistic first order before you commit to volume.
Storage is part of the specification even if it never appears on a price list: toner powder keeps in its sealed packaging, dry and out of heat, and opened bags should be used rather than shelved. Keep colours physically separated in store, check the bag's label before it is opened into a job, and reseal part-used bottles with their funnel caps between uses.
Is the toner sold by weight or by the bag and bottle?
By the bag or bottle as listed. State the cartridge family, colour and form in your enquiry and the quotation will price that combination.
Can one powder serve several cartridge families?
Treat powder as family-specific. Where families genuinely share an engine platform, that is confirmed in writing on your quotation rather than assumed.
What is the smallest order?
Toner listings on the company's storefront start from 1–2 bags, so a trial of one family and colour is a realistic first order.
How should bags be stored?
Sealed, dry and out of heat, as with any toner powder; opened bags should be used rather than shelved.
Get bags and bottles priced by family
Send the cartridge or part numbers you buy now, the copier models they go into and your destination port. Ask for the quotation model by model, with the packing details for your order. On the company's Alibaba storefront, recent listings show cartridges starting from as low as 1–12 pieces and toner from 1–2 bags, so a trial order does not need a container behind it.
