Toner for office copiers — not desktop printers
"Copier toner" is a narrower promise than "toner". The cartridges on this site are built for office copiers and MFPs — the Canon imageRUNNER floor, Toshiba e-STUDIO departments, Ricoh MP and IM C machines, Xerox DocuCentre lines and their peers — machines that run colour sets, high monthly volumes and service contracts. Desktop laser printers are a different shelf with different cartridges, and this catalogue does not pretend to cover it.
That focus shows in the range. Colour families dominate: G-67 for Canon, T-FC415 and T-FC425 for Toshiba, TN223 and TN324 for Konica Minolta, MP C2503 and IM C2500 for Ricoh, the DCC families for Xerox — each supplied as individual black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges under one family number. Around the cartridges sit the catalogue's other consumable lines: bulk toner powder in bags and bottles, and developer and carrier, each listed as a line of its own.
Three identifiers to quote in an enquiry
- The cartridge family number — G-45, TK-5473, MX60. This is the number your customers quote and the number printed on the Sensation box.
- The copier model list — one family can serve a run of machines (the G-67 list covers ten imageRUNNER models). The brand pages print the verified lists.
- The colour — colour families are stocked per colour; a black-only order under a colour family number can be placed on its own.
Quote all three in an enquiry — the family number, the model list and the colour — so each one can be checked against the model on that enquiry. Quote only "toner for a Canon" and any supplier — including this one — has to come back with questions before a price.
The parts lines that sit alongside the toner
A copier contract consumes more than toner, so this catalogue also lists the wear-part lines separately: drum units and OPC drums on the imaging side, waste toner boxes for the waste stream, and fuser films on the fixing side. These are separate lines from the cartridge fitments, and listing a part here is not a promise that it fits or is available for your machines: each part is confirmed model by model on the enquiry. Send the machine list with your enquiry and the quotation will show, line by line, which parts are confirmed for which models.
Is copier toner different from printer toner?
A cartridge in this catalogue is matched to a copier family; there is no universal copier cartridge. The chip, fill weight and fitment recorded for a cartridge are confirmed against the machine model on the enquiry.
Do you sell toner for production presses?
The verified range is office copiers and MFPs. The one production-side item is the MP1350 OPC drum for Ricoh MP/Pro machines, on the OPC drums page.
Can I order black only from a colour family?
Yes. Colours are supplied as individual cartridges, so you can order black only, or a single colour, under a family number.
Price copier toner by family number
Send the cartridge or part numbers you buy now, the copier models they go into and your destination port. Ask for the quotation model by model, with the packing details for your order. On the company's Alibaba storefront, recent listings show cartridges starting from as low as 1–12 pieces and toner from 1–2 bags, so a trial order does not need a container behind it.
