Fuser film sleeves and rollers
Guangzhou Xinxiangyin's parts range carries the fixing family as its own line: fuser film sleeves and upper rollers (定影上辊 / 定影膜), and lower rollers (定影下辊), matched by machine model. When fixing quality goes — toner rubbing off, gloss bands, wrinkles, offset marks — the film and rollers are among the parts a technician works through, under that model's own diagnostic sequence.
Model first, symptom second
- Films are model-specific. A film is quoted against the copier model it serves; a film that "almost fits" is not a fitment — order by copier model.
- Change film and lower roller as a pair when both are aged. A grooved pressure roller will wear a new film early, so on a both-aged fixing pair the two are changed together.
- Fitting follows the model's own procedure. What a film fitting calls for is set by that model's own service documentation; state the model in the enquiry.
Fixing parts sit inside the wider spare parts range. For any part in that range, name the machine model on the enquiry and ask for the part to be quoted against the model it is listed for.
How do I know the film, not the whole fuser, needs changing?
Toner that smears or rubs off, repeating gloss or offset marks at a rotating part's interval, and visible film wear or tearing on inspection put the sleeve among the candidates. A technician works through the model's own diagnostic sequence before ordering — the film is a service part, not a guess.
Do you sell complete fuser units?
The published line is films and rollers. Complete units are answered per model on enquiry if you prefer an assembly swap.
Are these genuine parts?
No — independent compatible parts, matched by machine model; brand names identify fitment only.
Can films be stocked ahead?
Yes, they are a shelf part — keep them in their packaging, away from heat and sharp edges, and rotate by model.
What worn fixing parts do to output
Fixing faults have their own signatures, and they are worth distinguishing from drum-side faults before parts are ordered. Toner that can be rubbed off a cooled page is an under-fixing symptom, with film surface, pressure and temperature among the candidates. A repeating gloss band or offset image at the film's rotation interval puts the sleeve among the candidates. Wrinkled or creased output with otherwise good fixing puts the fixing path among the candidates — film, pressure and temperature — worked through in that model's own diagnostic sequence. And a machine that fixes well when cold and fades as it warms is showing a temperature-dependent symptom: work through the fixing side — film, pressure, temperature — alongside the machine maker's own diagnostic sequence for that model before settling the cause. Confirm which component the symptom belongs to, then order that component by model — the symptom-reading guide covers the drum side of the same discipline.
Quote fuser films and rollers by machine model
Send the cartridge or part numbers you buy now, the copier models they go into and your destination port. Ask for the quotation model by model, with the packing details for your order. On the company's Alibaba storefront, recent listings show cartridges starting from as low as 1–12 pieces and toner from 1–2 bags, so a trial order does not need a container behind it.
