Toner in bottles: the bench-ready form of bulk powder
A toner bottle is bulk powder packaged for the workstation: a rigid bottle with a funnel cap. The bottles photographed on this page carry a label that names the cartridge family and colour, so a customer or a technician can see exactly which toner it is, pour it without a scoop-and-funnel improvisation, and reseal what is left. The Sensation bottles photographed here are the T-FC415 group, in black and in colour sets; bottled supply for other families is confirmed on the enquiry.
The label names the family
The bottles in the photograph carry their labelling in full: "For use in" followed by the cartridge family and the copier models — on this pictured set, the T-FC415 cartridges for Toshiba e-STUDIO machines — plus the colour and the Sensation brand. The label is read in that order: family first, colour second, quantity third. A bottle is labelled for the family it is sold against: order bottled toner against the cartridge family it will fill, and state the family in the enquiry.
- For workbenches — one open bottle per family per colour at the bench; funnel caps keep the pour clean and the powder dry between jobs.
- For retail shelves — bottles are the shelf form of the bagged and bottled range: in the set photographed above, each bottle is labelled with its family and colour.
- For service vans — a black bottle for your highest-volume family keeps top-up powder ready in the van, without bag stock to carry.
Choosing the form
Bottles sit between the other two forms. Bags of toner powder suit a filling station that decants all day; bottles buy cleanliness, controlled pouring and shelf-readiness. The bottles photographed on this page are the T-FC415 family in black, cyan, magenta and yellow — when you enquire about a bottled family, state the family name and colour in the enquiry. Finished compatible cartridges remove the filling step entirely. The three forms sit side by side in the range: bottles for bench and shelf use, bags for the filling bench, and finished cartridges for contract accounts — all three quotable in the same enquiry.
Which families are bottled?
The bottled set documented on this site is the Toshiba T-FC415 family, photographed above in black and in colour sets. For any other family, state the family and colour in your enquiry and bottled availability is confirmed per enquiry.
Do bottles come with funnel caps?
The Sensation bottles shown are supplied with funnel caps, as photographed — they are part of how the bottle is used at the bench.
Can I order a single colour?
Yes. Bottles are supplied per colour, so you can order a black-only replenishment on its own.
What is the minimum order?
Toner listings on the company's storefront start from 1–2 bags on powder lines; bottled quantities per family are confirmed on your quotation.
Stock bottled toner by family
Send the cartridge or part numbers you buy now, the copier models they go into and your destination port. Ask for the quotation model by model, with the packing details for your order. On the company's Alibaba storefront, recent listings show cartridges starting from as low as 1–12 pieces and toner from 1–2 bags, so a trial order does not need a container behind it.
