Copier spare parts: the wear items behind the cartridges

A copier's consumable life is bigger than its toner. The parts range lists drum units, OPC drums, fuser films and rollers, blades, charge and cleaning rollers, developer-side parts and waste toner boxes as separate lines. Guangzhou Xinxiangyin's official range carries a dedicated copier spare parts line, organised on its own catalogue exactly as it is organised here: line by line, each quoted by machine model.

By machine model, in the same enquiry as your toner

Parts in this catalogue are listed by copier model, and fitment is a model question: name the copier models you service in the enquiry and ask for each part to be quoted against the model it is listed for. Parts and cartridges can be priced together in one enquiry; whether they travel in one shipment is confirmed on the quotation for that order. The parts shelf lists the items that keep the first order's machines running alongside the cartridges, so they can be priced in the same enquiry.

The wider company catalogue reaches further than this page — duplicator ink and masters, laser toner cartridges, ink cartridges and other office consumables all sit in its category tree — but this site stays with the copier range it can specify properly. If a part you service is not described here, name the machine on the enquiry and ask for the part against that model.

Do parts come with fitment guarantees?

Parts are matched and quoted against the copier models you name. Confirm the model list before ordering volume — fitment is a model question, not a brand question.

Can I order parts without cartridges?

Yes. Parts can be ordered on their own, without cartridges; the minimums are confirmed per item on the quotation.

Are the parts genuine OEM parts?

No — like the cartridges, the parts range is independent compatible product, and brand names identify fitment only.

Which parts are the wear items?

Cleaning blades, OPC drums and waste toner boxes are the wear items read at the same strip-down as the drum work; fuser films and rollers are the fixing-side wear items, inspected when the fuser is opened and ordered by machine model.

One machine, a kit confirmed part by part

Enquiries here can be structured as per-model kits — the drum-side parts, the fixing-side parts, or both for a named machine — with each part's fitment and availability confirmed against that model, priced as a kit in the same quotation as the toner the machine will consume next.

Send the cartridge or part numbers you buy now, the copier models they go into and your destination port. Ask for the quotation model by model, with the packing details for your order. On the company's Alibaba storefront, recent listings show cartridges starting from as low as 1–12 pieces and toner from 1–2 bags, so a trial order does not need a container behind it.
